In 1996 Macdonalds Consolidated came up with a program that focused on the independent owner-operator. This allowed our sales staff to sell not just food out of a warehouse, but provide a complete program with a set of advantages for dealing with us. All customers have the opportunity to participate in the same strong program across the board. We designed it so that it would be very flexible and so that each owner-operator could choose whatever features they wanted out of the program. If you needed a flyer, we have a flyer program. If you want a store décor package, we can provide one. Every step of the way, our customers make their decisions. Our marketing program is oriented to an instore and promotional focus which is a huge strength.
